Today I want to show you 2 oh so cool things in...only 1 video! (wow, amazing)
First, the "Concert à Emporter" (take away show)(a.k.a. "Soirée de Poche" -pocket party). A simple but very cool concept by "La Blogothèque": you suscribe to their website, then ask for an artist to play wherever you want: your house, flat, school, bus, car... (Moriarty, in a church in this video).
BUT: when I say artist, I'm not talking about bad bands nobody never heard of. Indeed, a lot of bands and artists such as the Strokes, REM, or even Jason Mraz (...) already accepted, and the funny thing is that they all enjoyed it. You can see other videos HERE (oh, that's in french btw)
This concept is quite buzzing a lot these days, so be prepared to hear about it often...
Oh and the second thing: Moriarty, a great Franco-American band, mixing Jazz, folk, alternative and funk together to create a unique and original music.Check out their MySpace.
